Changes, etc.
If you love a design but need to have it made longer, shorter, or in different gemstones or colors, let me know and I will see what can be done to make the changes to suit your needs and the cost for the change, if any. If you would like a necklace made into a badge holder style, contact me.
Payment
You may pay by money order or credit card.
Money Orders
To pay by money order, email me by clicking on "Contact Me" in the column to the right. In your email submit the following information: the name or number of the jewelry you wish to purchase, your name, street address, city, state, zip code, your phone number, the item wanted, and any other necessary information. If this is a gift, also add the recipient's name and street address, city, state, and zip code. I will contact you to confirm whether the item is still available and the final charge for it. I will then hold your jewelry item until receipt of your payment. Upon receipt of your payment, I will ship your item the next business day.
Credit Card
To pay by credit card, email me by clicking on "Contact Me" in the column to the right. In your email submit the following information: the name or number of the jewelry you wish to purchase, your name, street address, city, state, zip code, your phone number, the item wanted, and any other necessary information. If this is a gift, also add the recipient's name and street address, city, state, and zip code. I will contact you by phone to confirm whether the item is still available and the final charge for it. After receipt of your credit card information during our phone call, I will ship your item the next business day.
Shipping
Shipping is free to U.S. addresses. For Canada addresses postage charged will be $3.00. I do not ship to addresses other than the U.S.A. and Canada.
Guarantee and Return Information
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let me know by email within seven days of receipt and I will give you instructions for returning it for a refund of your purchase price.
